The Seafood Talks is a mission of passion and education about the future of seafood. As a major discussion point on every culinary and consumer trend, the seafood culinary scene is lead by the brilliant chefs that put painstaking decades into creating amazing dishes that break the boundaries of what consumers expect today.

Each chef will prepare a special seafood recipe that will feature underutilized species and focus on the creative aspect of ingredients, preparation, and presentation.

Best of all the chef demo content will be featured on iTunes, Foodable Network and Apple News!

The Chefs

The Seafood Talks Chef Demos will feature Seattle chefs and a variety of recipes that will focus on Trident Seafood product use. The goal of each demo is to be filmed as a solo demo with the chef explaining to the camera a bit about the dish and the preparation process.
